Planner inputs

The nap planner calculates in your browser. We do not send or save its times, intervals or nap counts. It asks for no names, dates of birth, email addresses or sleep records.

Simple measurement

We count page views, planner submissions and App Store link clicks by day and page. Our measurement code uses no cookies, persistent identifiers or cross-site tracking, and stores no IP address, user agent or referrer. It respects the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts are aggregate interactions, not unique people, downloads or joined app journeys. Aggregate counters are retained for up to 13 months.

Hostinger serves this website and may process ordinary server access logs, including IP addresses, for hosting and security. Apple processes visits after you follow an App Store link under its own privacy terms. We do not join those visits to your in-app sleep information.

Links from our social posts

A link may include a simple channel label, such as ?via=instagram or ?via=pinterest. We count the same daily events by that label, using only instagram, pinterest, outreach or unattributed. We do not send the rest of the URL query, read your browsing history or store a visitor identifier. The label is not carried to other pages and does not identify an individual. Repeated visits and clicks can be counted more than once.
